Patient referrals to our practice usually fall into one of these 14 groups:

Premier Smile Studio Referral Policy
In response to your referral we will:
- contact your patient immediately after receiving your referral letter
- see your patient within two weeks of receiving your letter
- see emergency root canal cases as early as possible
- refer your patient back to your good care immediately after the completion of the root canal treatment with a post-operative radiograph and written information on the result of the treatment and suggestions for the required coronal restoration of the root treated tooth
- send you a comprehensive, detailed letter explaining the findings and treatment plan following consulting your endodontic, periodontic and prosthodontic cases
- work in conjunction with your own hygienists during the initial and maintenance phases of periodontal and prosthodontic treatments (where appropriate)
- discuss any questions, concerns or cases with you by telephone, email or in person
- provide your patients with an emergency number for any post- operative advice or care that may be required
